One also should want to obtain reviews in which some valuable information is… It should only be expected when a topic is well covered by expertise of editorial board members. I have not found a pattern in the turn around time. Although most articles are avaialble electronically, the audience you are trying to reach should be taken into account. Some journals very much target practioners, who may not be searching for articles electronically, but will peruse specific journals
