Which of Cu etchants are better in graphene transfer? Ferric nitrate, ferric chloride or ammonium persulfuate? and why?
Ferric nitrate is the better etchant during Graphene transfer. Ferric nitrate is highly water soluble and it can be totally removed by cleaning in an ultrasonic bath without damaging the graphene layer.
