Which microscopes are available to observe cultured cell if the substrate is not transparent? Is it possible to get fluorescent images?

Hi everyone,

I am finding all available techniques to observed cultured cell if the substrate is not transparent. Is it possible to get fluorescent images? Could you give me some suggestions for this situation? Thank you so much!
