Dear Lensi N Patel , generally the phytohormones are extracted from the plant material using solvent ( you can use sowhlet extraction or ultrasound assisted extraction), then the samples are dried with rotavapor and analysed by LC-MS or HPLC, recently a lot of studies uses UPLC and multidetection techniques, check the references below, I hope they help you:
