Which method is best method to make nano-SnO2 thin film for DSSc?

I am having nano-SnO2 nano composite, suggest me for best method among these(Sputtering and PLD) with reason to DSSc's research.

Both the methods would work just fine. though given the oxide nature of the compound I would prefer PLD. for DSSC measurements make sure you have the substrate measured separately in order to save you any trouble later.
