Which method is best for RNA extraction from serum sample?

Hello All,

I have serum sample from which I want to extract total RNA. Previously I have done extraction of RNA from tissue for which I followed Trizol method (RNAiso Plus). Can I follow the same for serum also? or Trizol+spin column from Qiagen is better?

Could anyone please tell me the best method?
