That depends on the biomolecule you try to detect and the reaction happening in there. If it is pure recognizement, then cantilever could be enough, if the substance is electroactive, electrochemical can wok without problems, and are well known methods.

one can always amplify the signal if required in any of these methods.

The sensitivity depends primarily on the sensitivity of the immunoassay format, that is the affinity of the antibody used.

It depends on the molecule you want to detect, but also in which matrix you would like to detect it, and so if you have intereferents in this matrix.

First two methods are related with the family of Electrochemical detection method. There is another member of same detection method which is by means of semiconductor Field Effect Transistor via quantum dot or graphene based. You will try with this method.
