In this moment I did not remain the name of the protocol, but I made the extraction of the pesticide through the aceton and sonification + centrifuge (3 times). The solution liquid was separate by film and vacum. Successively the liquid was evaporated by rotavapor and re-sospandend with a solvent and dry with nitrogen.
