Which Metagenomic kit for optimum DNA extraction from environmental water sample?

Hello,

Im intended to extract metagenomic DNA from environemntal water sample. My water samples supposed to have many organic materials. Which metagenomic extraction kit would be better for me as there are a lot of available kit. Also I may perfrom whole metagenome shotgun sequencing via an external service provider. Is it mandatory to extract DNA with long fragment for whole metagenome shotgun?
