Dear colleagues,
I'd like to start working with synovial cell line SW982, but I don't know the optimal cultivation medium. According to ATCC, it is Leibovitz's L-15 medium, however, many researchers use DMEM or RPMI instead of it. Leibovitz's L-15 medium requires no-CO2 condition, but I'd like to run some co-cultivation experiments with different cell lines, which grow in DMEM or RPMI in 5% CO2 atmosphere.
Could you recommend me the best cultivation medium for SW982 cells? I started with RPMI, cells grow there, but very slow.

I'am wondering your result of culuter of SW982. How do you overcome specific incubation condition (CO2 and air mix is detrimental to cell when using medium for cultivation) ?
