Campy -BAP (blood agar plate), that is an enriched selective agar is a medium commonly used to isolate C.jejuni and other enteric campylobacters. This medium contains Brucella agar base, 10% sheep red blood cells, and a combination of antimicrobial agents such as vancomycin, Trimethoprim, polymyxin B, Amphotericin B and Cephalothin.
