I have an experiment with DUV radiation at 257 nm at 10W and I have many diffusion. I won't use anodized plate because I will have contamination. So I want use glasses but I don't know which type. Is a simple glass plate would be efficient?

According to my old (1985, pp. 54 & 63) Melles Griot, Optics Guide 3, BK-7 (Optical Crown Glass) and Pyrex (Borosilicate Glass) both have zero external transmittance at 257 nm. For more information about glass and UV transmittance see [1-2].
