Kindly someone suggest me the best replacement of gold in terms of electrical and thermal conductivity. Actually i want to embed nano particles (Other than Gold) in hole transport layer to boost the performance of Perovskite solar cell.
It depends on the material you are using for solar cell. You can chose any other stable conductor which has suitable work function for you device. For that you need energy scheme of your device.

As you may know, the Aluminium has a nearest electrical conductivity to that of Gold.

the thermal conductivity of aluminum is close to that of gold but in term of electrical conductivity the copper and silver are better than the gold.
