Please give suggestion which simulator can be useful to find out area and number of solar panels, if we have initial parameters volume and temperature. We need to heat a district with population 5000 sitizens

You will see two simulation software: one is called F-Chart for Solar Systems Analysis and the other is called PV F-Chart for Photovoltaic Systems Analysis.
These two simulators should be very helpful for your purpose.

I am not sure exactly to what depth you want to go (you mentioned that you are a beginner).
But you could try using RETScreen, which is available from the Natural Resources Canada.
Not sure if it will serve your purpose, but it is a freeware that is easy to understand and follow. It has been refined substantially over the years.

I would recommend plotting statistical analysis by using HOMER or any software which caters to domestic renewable system statistics
I agree with last post, System Adviser Model by NREL in the US is very good for high level systems analysis and energy yield modelling. You can look at various technologies. It is capable of evaluating solar thermal and PV systems though I have only used it for solar thermal.
