Which laboratory in India is equipped to perform GC-MS and ultimate analysis of bio-oil derived from biomass feedstock?

I understand many of the labs are not aware of the procedures involved in analyzing the bio-oil. Any help in this direction of a reliable lab will be much appreciated. Thanks!
