Which kit for DNA extraction from colon model samples?

I have been recommended both the Maxwell CSC Blood DNA Kit and the Maxwell RSC PureFood Pathogen Kit to use with the Maxwell DNA extraction robot but am not sure which one would be more suitable for DNA extraction from samples taken from colon model experiments (fermentation using faecal innocula and measuring bacterial abundance).

Does anyone have any experience of using these kits for similar samples and could recommend?
