Looking for advise about a good flagelin which induces strong macrophage response

Briefly, I tried already some flagelin components to induces RAW264.7 response during several time points but I did not obtain any response in term of cytokines expression. Someone can suggest me any reference about flagellin witch induces strong response in macrophages especially RAW 264.7?
