Sounds like you've got a great dataset there. Depends a little bit on the size of the sample and the degree of clinical detail with which you can characterize the sample but you could try (a) journals specializing in the brain and/or TBI (i.e., the neuroscience type outlets), (b) journals in behavioral medicine or health psychology based journals or (c) clinical psychology journals. Possibilities in behavioral medicine would include both IJBM and JBM while in clinical you might try BRT, JCCP, or Cog Ther & Res. Good luck.

For me this is definitely the issue related to positive psychology, I would try in the journal devoted to this area. Check Health and Quality of Life Outcomes or Journal of Positive Psychology. The list of this kind of journals you can find in the link.
