Generally, all the open access journals charge processing fees, reason being that they provide access to their articles to everybody free of cost. If you publish in any other journal which requires subscription (which can be per article payment/institutional etc.) they normally don't charge fees from the author as they get money from subscriptions. They charge only for some particular things like coloured figures or no. of table/figures being more than the recommended value.

Just search on google/pubmed for journals in ur field, there are a lot of journals with different impact factors, it all depends on the type of work you need to publish..you have to narrow down to particular journals publishing that work. You have to check for 'Scope of Journal' to see its relevancy to your work and 'Instruction for authors' to see whether they are charging publication fees or not.
