I am applying the Lowry method to characterise the amount of water soluble proteins in permeabilsed cells of Chlorella Vulgaris. Since I used a hard desruptive technology such as High Pressure Homogenisation which allowed to completely release the whole proteic fraction from the microalgae, I would like to characterise them between water soluble and non water soluble fractions. Is there any reference I can look at? Thank you for your kind help.
