Please, I am searching for the highest-accuracy laboratory device to measure the thermal conductivity of aqueous nanofluids containing carbon-based nanostructures.

According to my friend who is doing PhD currently in Malaysia at University of Sunway under Prof. Saidur supervision, they are measuring the thermal conductivity of carbon based nanofluids by using "THB – Transient Hot Bridge Transient Hot Bridge – Thermal Conductivity Meter".
Specifications:
- Thermal Conductivity: 0.02 up to 500 W/m-k.
- Thermal diffusivity: 0.05 up to 10 mm^2/s.
- Specific heat: 100 up to 5000 kJ//m^3-K).
- Temperature ranges: -50 up to +200C

The accuracy of thermal conductivity is 2% As written in the specifications.
Later on will provide the actual measurements so you compare with the tables.
