'Job' that gives monthly income sacrificing so many stuff or 'Business' that needs one-time investment and multiple profits?

At the beginning, the best choice could be a part-time job (to meet basic fixed costs) and to start entrepreneurial self-employment (small ownership). It is paramount to be rent- and interest free; the money-burn-rate (per month) is a good indicator, in addition to invested (life) time. Because of these existential stressors, most people look for 9-5 jobs.
I prefer salary based job from which I can acquire the necessary experience and fund to engage in the real time business.
Which is the best? 'Job' that gives monthly income sacrificing so many stuff or 'Business' that needs one-time investment and multiple profits?
Think it depends on individual preference, the individual surrounding environment e.g. opportunities & the preference might change from one stage of life to another stage of life. Some people might start from salary based job to business investment or vice-versa etc.

Yet, as far as my understanding goes, 'Salary' is stagnant where there is no specific ups or downs, (increments are pocket money if there is some) meeting the cost of living within that is the hardest task for the employee.
For this we had to sacrifice and bear lot of stress as we study from grade 1 to 12, under graduation and post graduation and additional courses and so on to obtain on job which is not permanent.May be we can claim some respect from the society but financial status remains questionable. The other one requires money to invest and which has the most successful stories in life. He will showcase the costly cars on the road where employee will stand and watch throughout their life. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Younger people find it easier to undertake: they can spend many hours on their business and can travel because their family commitments are smaller. More mature people tend to have familires and will have greater difficulty in giving up fixed wages.
