Polysiloxanes (if linear!) can be dissolved in non-polar solvents as hetane, toluene, benzene, chlorforom etc. If it is a rubber, however, it will only swell bot will not dissolve. Low moelcularr siloxanes can de dissolved even form rubbers. If you have liner siloxane with Aerosil type filler, there will be a residual (non-dissolving, srongly bound) part.
It depends on crosslinking degree, type of organic substituents (methyl or phenyl) and mol. weight (polymerization degree) as well. Sometimes the solvents swell but do not dissolve it, solubility in the abovementioned solvents strongly depends on the properties listed above.
