Plastic waste pollution is inevitable one and several attempts are made to minimize this pollution . Is any eco-friendly solution available for recovering the fuel or energy from these wastes.
The "best solution" depends upon real situation in waste management, technical grade, equipments and technologies at hand etc. It means the best solution depends on place and time where should be implemented.
They are: Landfilling, Incineration, Recycling and Biodegradation.
1. Landfilling. To be frank, all plastics can be disposed in landfills.
2. Recycling. Many plastics can be recycled.
3. Biodegradable Plastics. Biodegradable plastics are plastics that decompose by the action of living organisms.
4. Waste plastic bags with a percentage 1%, 3% and 5% from the sand also used after washing and grinding with specific gravity equal to 1.04. Fresh water was used for mixing process and curing. The component of concrete for production 1 m3 concrete in kg was; cement 400, sand 688, gravel 1000 and water 184.
5. Bricks are usually tested flat as they are more often usedin that manner during construction of walls etc.Plastic/composite bricks incorporate polymer material typically post-consumer recycled plastics as a primary component, with reinforcing rubber powder and CaCO3 to contribute enhanced properties
reuse is the best option. any form of combustion of the same is extremely hazardous to the air quality and health---being carcinogenic. therefore reuse is the best for safe disposal. at end of use, its best if it is used as a fuel under incinerator conditions, with minimal exdposure of the fumes to mankind.
In our country, the plastic ban is a blasphemy. People, still do use such commodities. It is inappropriate to abruptly bring a closure on such things. However, it could have been more channelized. Plastic manufacturers could should have been brought under a merger. The plastic recycle chain should be strengthened. Recovered waste plastic could be used as a mixture for road laying purposes. A tax reduction to the public for depositing waste plastic in a common area (later would be used for road laying) would encourage citizens.
Reuse as first option. Then you can recycle the plastic wastes. It is also possible to pyrolyse them to get fuel oil which can be used as a source of energy is the appropriate technology is available.
sorting and recycling. sorting is best at source (generation point) to avoid fowling them. then its easy for them to be acceptable for reuse and recycling.
