There are many, depending upon the analysis you want to carry out.

A few common ones include Plexis, GEO5, SLOPE/W, SIMSLOPE etc. Normally they all are paid ones. But their trial versions, applicable for shorter time period with limited options/commands etc. are available from respective dealers/ websites. Further, a few free ware type softwares have been developed by few experts and uploaded on their websites. For e.g., to find out the mode of failure in rock slopes, kinematic analysis is to be done and for that Stereonet Softwares are available on internet which are freely downloadable. But Stereonet Software can give you the idea about the mode of failure in rock slopes. Nontheless, again for detailed slope stability analysis, one need to have relevant specialised software(s).
