Lumerical, Comosl, Silvaco TCAD, etc,

However, there are also some others which are free:

For sure there are more, for optical and electrical modeling or both.

You can use one dimensional simulators, they are free and easy to use, like AMPS-1D or SCAPS-1D, AFORS-Het ....., The SILVACO is the 2D/3D dimensional tool, it is the professional tool to calculate the photovoltaic parameters of pyrovskite solar cells, but you must even use the examples to be able to build exactly your correct program. I would suggest looking for some good examples in the help of silvaco. package,
