Which is the best method for multiple testing correction when doing GO enrichment?

There are several such as the Bonferroni, BH and Benjamini-Yekutieli procedures. However I haven't been able to find literature giving a systematic comparison between these methods. AgriGO gives all options as do others, but what should be kept in mind when choosing any particular option? Thanks for any light thrown on this!
