What do you mean by non linear? Do you mean non linear correlation between detector responses and concentrations? If yes, than I agree with Aurea, you can use PLS. Regarding correlation between detector responses and concentrations, it needs not to be always linear. It could be quadratic, logarithms, or others; you can also use certain weighting factors for your equations. Best regards
