After having your article ready after all experimental results indeed it's a toilsome task to decide where to publish and where to not! Infact I am confused wheather we should go for a good conference where the article will be published in a SCI indexed journal( special issue) or a Scopus indexed journal where your article will be easily published? I mean to say which will benefit your research career more ? A SCI indexed conference publications or a Scopus indexed journal paper?
First try to publish your research findings in a SCI journal (ACS, RSC, Elsevier, Springer, Weily, Taylor & Francis, Hindawi, Bentham Science journals). These are also Scopus indexed journals. Don't worry.
Don't try to publish in paid journals. It has no meaning......
