By exploring SJR we have H-Index which is defined as "The h-index is defined as the maximum value of h such that the given author/journal has published at least h papers that have each been cited at least h times." as in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H-index.

while the cite-score is defined as "CiteScore (CS) of an academic journal is a measure reflecting the yearly average number of citations to recent articles published in that journal."

The two definitions show resemblance to some extent, but the values are very different.
