Which is a best method to calculate the RFU values (came from fluorometer) in CRIPSR/ Cas based detection?

Dear All,

I am having some RFU values of virus infected samples, positive control, negative control and no template control in an experiment. I would like to plot a graph for RFUs.

Can someone please explain the best method for the same?
