We are working on Bovine dermal fibroblast and hepatocytes culture
GAPDH
That's a good question. Best to use 2-3 target housekeeping genes to see which one(s) do not change under your experimental conditions. Some candidates would be GAPDH, 18S, TBP, HPRT1, beta-2-microglobulin. Good luck!
Dear @A.K. Singh, for hepatocytes, GAPDH would work fine but for dermal fibroblasts select your reference gene wisely.
Hope the attached file have better information. They have run 22 genes in different condition, and found few stable reference gene.
This larva was captured using a plankton net in the Persian Gulf during the summer. I believe it may be a Facetotecta nauplius.
