I'm asking about camlepam drug which is sedative drug. I need to stop it and use a natural herbs but really i don't know what is the equivalent herbs should i take and what about dosage.

The following can be used as natural substitutes to calmepam:
1-Valerian (a root that may be steeped in hot water for tea). Valerian pills are OTC that can be purchased without prescription. Each pill gives an effect of the equivalent of 1 calmepam tab.
2-Melatonin (an artificial or animal form of a substance produced by humans that is linked to sleep). Similarly to valerian 1 pill of melatonin give an effect equivalent to that of 1 tab of calmepam.
