Is there any available repository to download gene expression dataset available for classification task in Machine Learning
There are various databases depending on the type of target genes your are working on, pathology, etc.
But the following may be useful:
1. The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) RNA-seq count data: the NIH GDC data portal (portal.gdc.cancer.gov/)
2. I have done a gene enrichment analysis before, using the Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) data. Quite useful form the Broad Institute!

3. UC and Broad Institute have also rich gene datasets:
