I am currently reviewing the literature regarding the anti-cancerous effect of green tea, but have not been able to identify whether there is one type that is thought to be superior in it's anticancerous effect. Has anyone looked at different strains of green tea to determine this?
For cancer prevention and support of treatment, green tea and its catechins like EGCGs are most likely to provide the benefits. The rest is left for your research to find out. If you have come across different species, could you please look into this for the research world?
