Orca is the impressive one - It does everything you have mentioned in your question. However, you can also test Octopus (http://www.tddft.org/programs/octopus/wiki/index.php/Main_Page) that uses real space integration of the Kohn-Sham equations, which is a little bit different from the method used by Orca, which is based in the Molecular Orbital approach. Finally, you can use Abinit (http://www.abinit.org) which uses another interesting approach: solid state methods applied in the molecular cases - in this case, periodic symmetry as well as planewaves basis set and can give exceptionally good results as well.
