I want to deliver a gene which codes for a protein of interest to an anerobic bacterial culture, but there is a very specific condition that the protein production should be either induced automatically (without adding any inducer) or should be incuced by NaCl. My question is if there is any expression vector that could fulfill my desire? and perhaps I could purchase a small aliquot?

To select vectors with high expression, use the Addgene website. This site gives you complete and useful information about different vectors so that you can make a better choice.
there are many constitutive promoters which are on all the time, that might be what you need instead of "automatic induction". Alternately there are some salt inducible promoters at least for E. coli.
However promoters and plasmids are generally bacteria specific, are you working with anaerobic bacteria in which case you need a specialized vector that will replicate in your strain, or are you working with E. coli under anaerobic conditions. You would need very different vectors for each of those.

There are some broad host range vectors that work in many bacteria but not all. I have no idea whether or not they work in anaerobic bacteria or not. But mostly vectors are designed to be specific for the organism. So you will need to do a literature search for a plasmid that is known to work in your organism.
