Can you please give us an analysis of the Strengths and Weaknesses of the UFS system?
Many researchers in UFS are frustrated by the workings of the aptly named RIMS Ethics Board System.
What are the ways forward for this highly flawed system?
Too smart to walk into that trap ;)
Sometimes, resolution of problems like these can benefit a whole University. And stop the loss of valuable staff members. And University students and postgraduates.
One should look at the potential benefit to all, rather than the risk to a few....
