Which data (FC or ZFC) is suitable for determining first derivative of M versus T graph and inverse susceptibility graph

I have FC and ZFC data of samples. I need to find the transitions through first derivative of Magnetization M and inverse susceptibility. Which data is best for determining these curves (FC or ZFC). How to determine Tc from inverse susceptibilty graph.
