Generally in references to the scientific management only the formulation and execution of research projects is mentioned. However, there are several components that must be linked to the theme and that are part of those management processes.

In this sense, I would like to open the universe on the subject, especially when dealing with more general subprocesses that are usually linked systemically and the authors do not refer to them as such, being essential to consider, such as information and knowledge management, technological management, management training and others.
