Which component should I use to simulate the shading effect from external buildings in TRNSYS?

Hello,

I am using TRNSYS 18. Currently I am I modeling a building which has a shading effect from external buildings. If I want to add a nearby (adjacent) building that gives shading effect, which component should I use?.

Hi Aravinda,

You can use the TRNSYS 3D plugin for Google Sketchup to sketch your building zones, and also to create shading zones. It is not a component per-se, but can be sketched in Google Sketchup.
