Which CAM (Chorioallantoic membrane model) would be most suitable for studying angiogenesis and tumor cell invasion?

I am currently a college student attending a developmental biology class for my major, and I was wondering which model organism or embryo is commonly used for studying angiogenesis, tumor cell invasion, or perhaps the effects of a certain drug being tested? Are there preferred model organisms for each application or is there a common one used for all?
