Clostridium ljungdahlii,  Clostridium autoethanogenum, Clostridium carboxidivorans, Acetobacterium woodii, Butyribbacterium methylotrophicum are few bacteria capable of Wood–Ljungdahl pathway. These bacteria are use in syngas to ethanol conversion.

Thanks Mustafa,of course its always good practice to do a literature survey. But I just want to get a quick picture of the understanding of this pathway. I may wondering how significant will it be to identify this pathway in a bacteria that did not been reported before? plus, may I ask what's the difference between wood-ljungdahl pathway and carbon fixation pathways?

I think WL pathway is one of the carbon fixation pathway, the most efficient one
