To my knowledge there exist no way to block the cholesterol biosynthesis completely without a knock out. You can try a mixture of a statin and bempedoic acid to suppress the biosynthesis in the liver but it will never be complete because of the counterregulation of the system. The production in the other tissues will remain unaffected.

Statins could lower cholesterol biosynthesis, bur a partial ileal bypass would do better. Sorry I can not be more helpful.
