It has been observed that researches of science are more frequently cited by researchers than researches of literature. Although this is a relative issue, but by surveying the researches in both fields on research gate, it has been noticed that the number of citations of scientific researches is bigger than that of literature.
Dear Dr. Hazim Al Dilaimy , I agree with your opinion and scientific research papers are cited more than literature review papers. This doesn't mean that literature review papers are not important. They are very very useful. But, most of the researchers including me want to see the clear value differences and similarities for justifying, discussion and conclusion of their findings.

Open-source research is a beautiful thing. I believe that was the nature and beauty of Greece. Philosophy allowed for scientific ideas and led to even the nature of atoms by Aristarchus of Samos.
My observation is that publications in China and India receive far greater citations than those published in the west. Different fields may receive different levels of interests everywhere.
