Which adhesive is better to use for broad pH range resistance, say 2-13?

I only have cyanacrilate and generic epoxy and I have to bond a glass window to a small electrochemical cell, for AFM in EC cell.

The most chemically stable adhesive we've evere tried is Torr Seal epoxy, but we have not tested it is such a broad pH range.
