I know there are different acids for doping PANI
but my question is as following:
HCl is stronger than H2SO4 but some articles say that H2SO4 is better doping acid for PANI (EB), what is its reason?
which doping acid make the PANI(EB) conductivity be higher? HCl or H2SO4?
DOES anyone have any articles that compare these two acid doping effects?

neither or is good, pest is pTs, but if oly comparing HCl and H2SO4, then take H2SO4. You can search i papers here in RG.
I agree with Wessling. PTSA is a better dopant, but you can look for other dopants also like suphosalicylic acid, sulphamic acid, DBSA (all organic acids). In inorganic category, researchers have studied the behaviour and doping in HCl, H2SO4, H3PO4 etc and depending upon, which response you require, accordingly, you can synthesize your polymers.
It is better to use HCl than H2SO4, because it may interact with the polymer especially in aqueous media, inducing then in one hand conformational transition of polymer, and for another hand the H2SO4 is more strong acid than HCl and it may disturb the polymer structure. However, by adding the H2SO4in the continuous phase the ionic strength is more affected and it may also change the inter/and intramolecular interactions.
I would like to suggest para-toluene sulfonic acid, camphorsulfonic acid, and Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid rather than HCl or H2SO4.
I agree with Atassi's post. Also commercially available conducting emeraldine salts are based on such systems. The main reason is their stability over time. In Siemens we had good results in making ring oscillators with the products of Panipol, but I don't know if they are still on the market.
both HCl and H2SO4 are competitive. Rather than it you can go for sulfonic acid derivative, etc.,
