I have two cases:
number one: I doped 20 gr poly aniline film in 20 cc 1 molar HCL for 4 hours.
number two: I doped 40 gr poly aniline film in 20 cc 1 molar HC for 4 hours at the same condition as case number one.
In case number two doping is not as good as number one although the concentration of solution are the same, we have more poly aniline (40 gr) in 20 cc 1 molar HCl.
So if I want the doping in case number 2 to be as good as number one, I should have 40 cc 1molar HCl for 40 gr. (20 cc is not enough).
I want to have the same doping concentration (e.g 1 molar)
Am I correct?

Yes, you have to see the ratio of polyaniline and HCI instead of Aniline to HCl
sorry, you seem to miss the key point: it is not just the question only to keep the PAni : doping ration the same, biut also the conditions under which you are doping! PAni is not soluble, you have a solid which is highly agglomerated!
Do you use ultrasound? you should, if not already using! which temperature?
apart from that HCl is the worst you can choose, I have explained already very often.
First of all, if you are talking polyaniline film, then first thing is how you are making polyaniline film. As such polyaniline synthesized in HCl medium is not soluble in organic solvents. So film can be made by taking emeraldine base, dissolving in NMP and then casting the film. Second method is to get a polyaniline film on electrode surface by electrochemical technique. In that case, monomer and any protonic acid has to be taken and then grown on electrode surface. Now that film is already doped with the doping acid. If specifically, HCl doping is required, then polyaniline film can be undoped and then redoped with the desired protonic acid like HCl.
Sundeep, Polyaniline is generally insoluble. What you can do is to *disperse* PAni, but not dissolve, see the following papers:
