I am preparing the protein nanoparticles and trying to stabilize the nanoparticles by providing temperature. I have read in literatures that the amide bonds are formed between two amino acids in a protein nanoparticle stabilized by heat. I am using the 50 degree celsius temperature. I wanted to know whether the formation of amide bonds are effected by temperature or not. Like at 50 degree celsius the formation of amide bonds will be higher than at room temperature.
