I have a technical paper called Constructing a Literature Review Using NVivo but I can't find a suitable journal to publish it in. Any suggestions?
Abstract:
This paper describes the process of using NVivo to conduct a literature review and is based on the author’s experience of the process while undertaking his PhD.
Creating a literature review involves a number of stages beginning with the construction of a reading list and ending with a synthesis of the information derived from reading as widely as possible. The identification and reading of relevant texts can be a lengthy and challenging process, and collation of notes and recollection of sources can be a source of frustration, and draw heavily on limited time and resources.
The use of NVivo (in conjunction with Microsoft Office) to assist with the construction of a literature review greatly improves the efficiency of this process by producing a searchable library of PDFs that can be coded to create a database of thematically related collections of extracts.

Try International Journal of Educational Technology in Higher Education supported by Springer. You paper seems to be in accordance to the scope of the journal.
I'm not very knowledgeable in the area of journals yet, though I did just finish my first mini-lit review! I agree with Abdullah and would also suggest looking at Education journals. You could try Sociology journals or whatever your previous major is. Perhaps Elsevier has suitable journals?

Thanks for the suggestions, Behzad, but the article uses an education-related topic to illustrate the process so I doubt that those publications would be the best outlets.
